Politique d’expédition
This policy explains how and when we ship your FRTLZR order. We ship from warehouses in the EU and the UK; the dispatch location depends on your delivery address and stock. Your exact shipping cost is always calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, based on your destination and order.
1. Order processing
Orders are processed within [1–2] working days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking, where available, once your order ships.
2. Delivery times (approximate)
The times below are estimates for transit after dispatch and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery can vary with carrier, destination and customs.
- United Kingdom: approx. 2–5 working days
- European Union (EU/EEA): approx. 3–6 working days
- United States: approx. 5–10 working days
- Rest of world: approx. 7–15 working days
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on your destination, the weight of your order and the selected service. The exact cost is displayed at checkout before you confirm and pay. Any free-shipping thresholds or promotions, where offered, are shown at checkout.
4. Taxes and customs duties
EU/EEA orders: prices include applicable VAT; no additional import charges apply within the EU.
UK orders: handled in line with UK VAT rules; where an order ships from within the UK and EU, no import charges apply.
United States & other non-EU destinations: your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local rules before ordering.
5. Wrong address or failed delivery
Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a failed delivery/collection, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; additional shipping costs may apply.
6. Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, contact us at shine@frtlzr.com with your order number and we will help track it.
